Mint USDest

How approved institutions deposit USDC to mint USDest.

Minting USDest is available only to approved institutions. See Navigation.

Minting

This page opens when you click Mint on the Institutions dashboard. You deposit USDC and receive USDest 1:1, less any mint fee.

Review the account panel.

Account

Entity: your approved entity
Wallet: the allowlisted wallet that will send USDC and receive USDest
USDC Balance: USDC available in the connected wallet
Remaining Mint Limit: capacity left in the current period

Enter the amount and review the mint terms.

Mint Terms

USDC Deposited: the amount you send
Mint Fee: fee deducted, if any
USDest Received: USDC deposited − mint fee
Minimum Received: slippage protection passed as usdestAmountMinimum
Reserve Composition: current USDC / T-bill split of the reserve

Complete the transactions.

Mint

Approve — authorises the USDest contract to transfer your USDC
Mint — calls deposit(depositAmount, usdestAmountMinimum) and mints USDest to your wallet
